Put your configurations in config.php
Put your links in links.txt
Put your message 1 and message 2 in msg1.txt and msg2.txt respectively
upload script to your web servers document root (often /www/public or /public_html)

For Twilio or SignalWire:
Copy link, e.g. https://yourdomain.com/incoming-call.php#ct=10000&rc=2 and paste in incoming call webhook on SignalWire/Twilio Dashboard

For Telnyx:
Copy link, e.g. https://yourdomain.com/tx-call-control.php
